We are scheduled to begin our nationally syndicated radio show in the second quarter of 2010. The Giving Back Show will be appearing on traditional radio stations in many of the major markets across the country.
We are currently building our bank of interview hours in preparation for syndication. Due to the nature of syndication, it is difficult to determine where and when the broadcasts will appear in each market. The radio stations air the broadcasts at their own discretion and we are not always notified of the broadcast dates and times. We will do our best to provide broadcast dates and times via our website.
Traditionally, talk radio shows are heard on AM radio stations. There are a growing number of FM radio stations utilizing talk radio format. Due to the celebrity attraction and the unique format of The Giving Back Show; radio stations that are not in the talk radio segment may broadcast our show as a means to comply with public service announcement requirements.
